Custom Order Guidelines
At NET Creative Designs, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to create truly unique and personalized jewelry pieces. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfying custom order experience:
1. Initial Consultation:
• Contact us to discuss your custom jewelry ideas. We’ll work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and any special requirements.
2. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required before any work on your custom piece begins. This deposit secures your order and allows us to allocate resources to your project.
3. Design and Creation:
• Our skilled artisans will commence work on your custom piece based on the agreed-upon design. The timeline for completion is approximately 6 weeks, subject to the intricacies of the design.
4. Design Changes:
• If you wish to make changes to the original design during the creation process, please inform us promptly. Changes may affect the quoted amount.
• We will work with you to reach an agreement on any design alterations, including their impact on the final price.
5. Price Adjustments:
• Please note that the quoted amount for your custom piece may be adjusted due to design changes, additions, or complexity. We will provide you with a revised quote if necessary.
6. Additional Work Agreement:
• No additional work or design modifications will be carried out without mutual agreement on both the changes to the design and the associated new price.
7. Final Payment:
• Upon completion of your custom piece, we will notify you. The final payment, covering the remaining 50% of the quoted amount and any agreed-upon adjustments, is due in full before the item is shipped to you.
8. Shipping:
• After the final payment is received, we will carefully package and ship your custom piece to the specified address.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee:
• We take great pride in crafting high-quality custom jewelry. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or questions during the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
10. Cancellation Policy:
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has commenced, and the deposit is non-refundable.
